Alterations to Storage and Greenkeepers Sheds

November 15th, 2018

The Club has been given Council approval to demolish the two existing storage sheds in the Keelara St car park. They will be replaced by one new Colorbond shed, and we will gain an extra two car park spaces in the process. The Greenkeeper will then relocate to the new shed, and the existing Greenkeper’s shed will be converted to the Club storage shed. This will be happening in mid-December.
The existing sheds have been advertised for sale (dismantling and removal). We will need some help from our members to clean out the existing sheds and garden area ready for the removal of the existing sheds and the erection of the new shed.
Please let David Harvey (0417 816 090) know if you are able to help.

TRAINING – SATURDAY PLAYERS DIV 2 AND 4

    October 28th, 2018

Div 2 and 4 players are advised that the current level of attendance at Thursday training is unacceptable.

The club is aiming to win pennants and to achieve this it is essential that players attend training to improve skills and to practice with their respective team mates each week.

Obviously there are circumstances where players are unavailable, however it is expected that players attend regularly.

Please discuss with Barry Walling if unable to attend.

All other players are encouraged to attend training and play with your team mates preferably within the same team  ie one rink plays another rink after skills training to make practice worthwhile and as effective as possible.

There are numerous coaches available to all who request any additional assistance.
