Centenary Dinner

March 15th, 2019

What a great night, Graham Cornes was excellent as an MC, telling some stories and interviewing all our invited guests. The invited guests included, Nicolle Flint, Corey Wingard, David Spiers, Amanda Wilson, Phil Hoffmann, Wayne Duthie and Peter Burns. A very entertaining evening.
The History of the Brighton Bowling Club has been encapsulated within a book to be distributed from today Saturday 16 March. A considerable amount of effort went into creating the book with the majority of club members having a photo. The cost of the book to members is $5 and $15 for non-members, this cost reduction is due to having three of our sponsors including an advertisement, so thank you to Phil Hoffmann Travel, Hamilton Holden and Peter F Burns Real Estate.
We still have two tournaments as part of our celebrations, 13th April Mystery Triples and then 28th April Skins, come along and have fun.

Congratulations, Monday 11 March 2019, Brighton Bowling Club 100 Years old today.

March 12th, 2019

What a fantastic tournament held on the exact day 100 years after the Club’s foundation.

The greens were full with 38 teams all having fun.  Great prize money of $2,400 was shared.

The greens were in fantastic condition, well done Gary.

A great thank you to our sponsors, Stockland Retirement Living and Phil Hoffmann Travel.

Thank you to all those who helped to make this event one to remember.
